We have a pretty casual, relaxed, "come as you are" kind of vibe. You'll find most people in a pair of jeans and a casual shirt. We are far more interested in you feeling welcome than in what you wear.

A typical service is 60 to 75 minutes long, during which you can expect music and singing with a live worship band, prayer, a 35-40 minute sermon from the Bible, as well as some information about upcoming events and opportunities to get connected.

Because one of our values is that we grow together as a family, there will be part of the service when we take a brief moment to welcome and greet one another, but we promise not to single you out or make it awkward for you.

Your kids are more than welcome to join you for worship, but we also offer a nursery and special age-based environments for children through 5th grade.

If your kids participate in our nursery, preK, or elementary environments, they must be checked in by an adult. Those adults will receive a special security label that they will be required to present when checking out their children. Only volunteers and adults with a security label will be permitted in the Heartland City Kids area.

All of our Heartland City Kids volunteers have gone through background checks and special training.
