Day 7 | Corporate Renewal

“Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning; and rend your hearts and not your garments.” Return to the Lord your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love. Joel 2:12–13

Today we gather with our church family to worship the Lord together. He is worthy of our adoration, our praise, and our worship. But let it be known that the Lord wants our hearts, not our “garments”—he wants the deepest parts of who we are, not just the external adornments that we show everyone else. Today we pray that the Lord would renew and restore us from the inside out.
