Day 40 | God's Glory

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14

The prophet Habakkuk writes, “The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” When water covers something, it is completely covered—every nook and cranny is subject to the rising tide.

Today’s prompt is just a culmination of everything we’ve been praying for up to this point. We’ve prayed for ourselves, for our families and our homes, for our church, for our community, and for the world—and even though the specific prompts have been different each day, they all serve the same end goal.

So as we close our 40 days of praying together as a church family, we pray that every nook and cranny of our lives and this world would be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God.
